Where does RC Graphics Auto Wraps and Signs work?
The shop is at 413 Emerald St in Milton, WA, and installs wrap and sign jobs across Milton, Puyallup, Tacoma and the surrounding communities. Many customers drop their vehicle at the shop, but for signs, banners and storefront work we come to your location. Call (253) 332-1154 to arrange whatever works best for your project.
How do I get a visit scheduled?
The simplest way is a phone call to (253) 332-1154. We will talk through what you want wrapped or signed, look at the vehicle or storefront, and set a day that fits your schedule. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, so evening and early calls are easy to work in.
How soon can my wrap or sign project get booked?
It depends on the size of the job and what is already on the calendar. Small lettering or decal work can often fit in quickly, while a full wrap needs design time and film on hand before install day. Call early in your planning so we can hold a spot that lines up with when you need the vehicle back.
How should I get my vehicle ready for a wrap install?
Bring it in clean, ideally washed recently with no wax or shine products on the paint. Take personal items out of the vehicle, since panels and doors stay open during the install. Any paint peeling, rust or trim damage is worth mentioning ahead of time, because film only sticks as well as the surface underneath it.
What happens on install day?
The vehicle gets a final inspection and deep clean, then the film goes on panel by panel with the trim removed where it needs to be. We work in a controlled space, check every edge and seam, and let you look the job over before you drive away. You get a walkthrough on care so the finish holds up the way it should.
Do I need to be there when the work is done?
For a vehicle wrap it helps to be around at pickup so you can review the finish and ask care questions in person. For storefront signs, window graphics or wall murals in Milton, Puyallup or Tacoma, most customers meet us once to confirm placement and let us handle the rest.
Can I see design options before anything is printed?
Every wrap and sign job starts with the design. We walk you through color and finish choices, show you how the layout will sit on your vehicle or storefront, and make changes before anything goes to print. Nothing gets applied until you are happy with what it will look like.
Can you letter just one work truck instead of wrapping it?
Plenty of local trades just need a name, phone number and a few lines of lettering, and that is exactly what vehicle lettering is for. It goes on faster than a wrap, costs less in material, and still gets your truck recognized around town. Same goes for magnetic signs if you switch between a personal and work vehicle.
What is the difference between a color change wrap and a repaint?
A color change wrap covers the factory paint with cast vinyl film, so the original finish underneath is preserved and the look can be reversed later if you sell the car. A repaint means stripping and refinishing panels, which takes far longer in the booth. For most Milton drivers who want a new look, the wrap is the faster route.
How do I care for a wrap once it is on my vehicle?
Wash it by hand with mild soap and a soft mitt, keep pressure washer nozzles at a distance and off the edges, and park in shade when you can. Avoid abrasive brushes at automated car washes. Handled that way, the film keeps its color and finish for years of daily driving in the Pacific Northwest.
Can you handle a whole fleet of trucks and vans?
Fleet work is a big part of what we do. We keep the design consistent across every vehicle, schedule installs so your crew is not sitting idle, and can phase the work vehicle by vehicle if that is easier for your operation. One call covers the whole set, from a single work truck to a full route of vans.
